Power Generation Division is responsible for management of power plant projects with the help of high qualified experts within its structure. According to the policy of Monenco Iran, each project is leaded by a project manager who is responsible to meet the project requirements.
Design and engineering works are carried out by engineering disciplines and project managers are responsible for proper coordination of the works among different departments and disciplines of the Engineering Division.
Power Generation Division consists of five departments as follow in which each department includes department manager, project managers and project coordinators.
